In 1991, Vincent Failla opened award-winning CENTURY 21 Wessex, the Essex County location of now CENTURY 21 The Crossing, under the clock tower in the center of town. Century 21 Wessex quickly conquered the Essex County market and has since expanded into Morris, Bergen & Passaic Counties, helping his long-establish industry expertise spread throughout NNJ. Building a team of agents across the area to become THE go to real estate brokerage with cutting-edge social media techniques and relevant advertising is his only objective. Vincent and his wife Charlene currently live in Montville and enjoy spending time with their children, grandchildren and traveling to their second home in Naples, Florida.
