A second generation broker, Jason Failla was born into the business. Raised in Fairfield, New Jersey, he and his wife Brooke and their two daughters, Payton and Blake, all reside in the Lake Valhalla section of Montville. Jason started his career in Real Estate in 2002 at and has been active in the industry and our Essex & Morris County offices since.
Notably, he has been the exclusive broker on a number of new construction developments and projects. In addition, he specializes in working with clients on both commercial and residential transactions.
During his tenure as a realtor, Jason has continued to receive the New Jersey Association of Realtors Circle of Excellence Award each year, beginning in 2002. He was also named a Century 21 Centurion & Grand Centurion, the highest honor a Century 21 agent can receive. In April 2014, Jason completed the International Management Academy at the Realogy Headquarters in Madison, NJ positioning him as a highly regarded broker in Essex, Morris, Passaic & Bergen Counties.
As a top-producing realtor in the area, Jason’s clientele ranges from professional athletes, musicians & actors, corporate executives and other admired individuals.
He graduated from West Essex Regional High School and is an alumnus of Greensboro College where he studied political science. When he is not working with clients or managing a staff of over 60 agents across multiple offices, he can be found spending quality time with his family, at the Lake Valhalla Club, fishing on his boat, hunting or simply grilling up a delicious meal in his backyard.
