A well respected and active member of the community, Frank was a member of the Montville Board of Education for 15 years and was a member of the Montville Drug Awareness Committee for 12 years.
He is a member and past president of the Montville Township First Aid Squad and was named Montville Township Chamber of Commerce Businessperson of the Year in 2003. In October 2010 Frank was inducted into the Montville Township High School Hall of Fame. In November of 2015 Frank was elected to the Montville Township Committee, he now serves as Mayor of Montville Township.
