Diane Pennacchio is a 30 yr. resident of Montville, a mother of 2 adult children and currently resides in Longview with her husband Joe. Diane received a BA from Montclair State University and a master’s in social work from Rutgers University.

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Diane observes the world through empathic eyes. Her positions required perseverance, organization, tenacity, negotiation, and strong communication skills as she worked with a diverse population.

Today as a Real Estate Professional, she is bringing those same skills and talents to an equally broad spectrum of clients. “It is important in both occupations for clients to believe you know where they are coming from, for them to believe that you are seeing things from their side.”
It’s a part of pride for Diane that she doesn’t have a sales pitch. Social Work has taught her the value of being a good listener and having a genuine concern for her clients, creating a positive experience for both sides in any property transaction.

Her business approach is direct and successful; she listens to the client’s needs and matches them to the right property, then assures an honest and efficient transaction.

In her NOT so spare time, Diane enjoys reading, playing golf and spending time with her grandson.
