Maria, who goes by her middle name Vivian, brings to C21 her intense work ethic, strong negotiation and communication skills and boundless energy. She grew up in Morris County and has called Montville her home for the 8 years. Before moving to Montville, Vivian lived in Denville. During the past 10 years, Vivian has renovated, sold, and bought 4 houses of her own. It was during this time that she fell in love with real estate.
Vivian maintains strong ties to the Montville community. She is a member of the Hilldale Parent Teacher Council and the Lazar Parent Teacher Council and as a member volunteers for many of the worthwhile events these organizations sponsor. Vivian is especially proud of her Greek heritage and often shares her love of cooking Greek meals with her neighbors. She is thrilled to be turning her community focused life now towards real estate.
Vivian has 3 children in the Montville School District who are very active in sports. You will often see Vivian and her husband Will running between the softball, baseball, football and lacrosse fields to cheer on their “Husti Trio”.
When she’s not working or on the sidelines Vivian loves to spend time with her family and friends, enjoys traveling, is a voracious reader, and is addicted to watching true crime documentaries.
Vivian graduated from Centenary University with a bachelor’s degree in Fashion Retailing. She then spent over 15 years working in the fashion industry as a Production Manager for such global brands as Tommy Hilfiger, Ralph Lauren and The Children’s Place, where she traveled all over the world negotiating costs and forecasting trends. Vivian’s bright personality and well-seasoned life experience will serve her well as she negotiates the best outcome for her clients.
